Mrs. Shirley Thompson, 64, died Oct. 2 at Savannah Specialty Care Center.
She was a native of Savannah, a former resident of Thunderbolt and a resident of Rincon for the last 20 years. She was a member of Rincon First Baptist Church and the Fidelis Sunday School Class.
SURVIVORS: her husband, Melvin Thompson of Rincon; two sons, Ronnie E. Owens of Blackshear and James M. Owens of Savannah; her mother, Annie Lee Bryant of Savannah; a sister, Betty Ingram of Savannah; two grandchildren, two nieces and a nephew.
VISITATION: 4-7 p.m. today at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Drayton Chapel.
GRAVESIDE Service: 11 a.m. Monday in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
REMEMBRANCES: First Baptist Church of Rincon Building Fund.
