John Endecott born about 1657 was son of Dr. Zerubbabel Endecott and Mary Smith.
Like his father, John became a physician probably studying under this father and decided to leave New England and settle in London to practice medicine.
There he married first to Anne Gower on 20 Aug 1688 at St Katherine by the Tower, London, England. Anne and John had a daughter named Anne Endecott christened at St. Olave on Hart Street in London on 13 Oct 1689. Anne died in childbirth or shortly thereafter. John then married his second wife Anne Edwards abt. 1690 in London, England. They had a son named Robert Edwards Endecott christened at St. Olave on Hart Street in London on 11 Apr 1693. After John died, his second wife and his children moved to Boston, Massachusetts where Anne's brother John Edwards resided. Both children grew up in Salem on Orchard Farm in Salem which his father Zerubbabel owned. John's daughter Anne married her first cousin Samuel Endicott on 20 Dec 1711 in Salem, Massachusetts. Samuel was the son of Samuel Endicott and Hannah Felton.
John's son Robert Edwards Endecott married Elizabeth Phillips on 24 Nov 1720 in Salem.

John's son Robert Edwards Endecott married Elizabeth Phillips on 24 Nov 1720 in Salem.
