My great-grandmother!

This was a remarkable lady - she was the mother of 11 children!
Rebecca Elizabeth Harper married Alfred Merrill Stewart, Jr. They had 11 children, four boys and seven girls:

The 1910 Tennessee census shows an 8 year old boy, Ray Stewart, as their son. But I believe he was a grandchild, son of #2 William R Stewart and Dora Horne Stewart. Ray was born 13 Sep 1901. His parents, William and Dora, died a few years after he was born.
