Per Walla Walla, WA, marriage license, on Aug 25 1874 in Walla Walla, Lottie M. Seward married James W. Bruce.
1880 census shows Charlotte Bruce, 22, married, and her daughter, Carrie B. Bruce, 4, boarding in Walla Walla.

From Eellitta: I found Marriage License announcement for Lottie to George Foster in the newspaper June 6, 1907. George's residence was Cathlamet, Washington and he was 37. Lottie is 47, living in Portland.
I also found one for her to Hiram Martin Taylor, issued July 14, 1885. Her name was listed as Lottie Bruce.

Caroline Belle Lloyd Hayden, born 1876, daughter of James and Lottie Seward Bruce, died Apr 24 1946 in Colfax, WA. She first married Ralph G. Lloyd in 1895; then married Robert L. Hayden Jul 12 1905 in Waitsburg, WA.

Per Stella Elmina's delayed birth certificate, her parents were Hiram Martin Taylor and Lottie Matilda Seward Taylor. Hiram was born in IL, Lottie was born in WA.

Per 1920 census, taken Jan 5 & 6, 1920, Lottie lived with Chancey L. and Elmina S. Gill and their daughter, Lottie, in Newberg, OR. Chancey and Stella Elmina are buried in Restlawn Memory Gardens, West Salem, Polk Co, OR.

Per Early Oregonians Index, Lottie M. Foster was born in 1859 in Oregon Territory.
