Funeral services for B. Elmer Schambron, 33, of Gladstone, a shipping clerk with the Hawley Pulp & Paper Company here for 13 years, will be held here this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Holman, Pace & Hankins chapel, with burial in Mountain View cemetery.
Mr. Schambron died on Monday night in Hutchinson hospital after a 13-day illness from pneumonia. Burton Elmer Schambron was born in Iowa, Nov. 8, 1902, and came to Oregon City 16 years ago. He was married on Nov. 7, 1925, to Bertha Freeman, who, with two children Robert and Maxine survive.
He also leaves his mother, Mrs. B. Schambron of Molalla avenue and Logus, one brother, Fred Schambron, and four sisters, Mrs. Carl (Bertha) Schultz, Mrs. Ernest (Mabel) Leek, Mrs. Guy (Susie) Hartley and Miss Martha Schambron, all of Oregon City; an aunt, Mrs. B. J. Rogers of this city, besides several cousins. His father died in October 1926.
