Albert is the son of William Alexander Bise and Mary E. Gibbs from Howell Co., Mo. They came to Stephens Co., Tx. around 1880.Apparently William died shortly before 1879. His last son Henry was born Feb.1879 and in Nov. his mother remarried.
Albert married Lucy Ann Coe Jan. 15, 1903 in Camp Co. Tx.
