Lydia Anderson
Mrs. Lydia Anderson, 90, a resident of Woodburn since 1936, died at her home Sunday, April 14, following a lengthy illness.
A native of Elgin, Iowa, she moved to Woodburn from Nebraska. She was a member of the Woodburn Church of God.
She is survived by the widower, Fred Anderson, at home; daughters, Mrs. Lucile Chapelle and Miss Ruth Anderson, both of Woodburn, and Mrs. Irene Kayton of West Linn; brother Fred Schneider of Gordon, Neb.; sisters, Mrs. Celia Anderson of Anderson, Ind., Mrs. Lucy Thompson and Mrs. Mary Strong, both of Rushville, Neb., six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 17, at the Ringo Cornwell Funeral Chapel. Interment was in Belle Passi cemetery.
