William Larry Walden, 39, of Fayetteville, died Saturday in Huntsville Hospital after a long illness.
The Funeral was Monday at Higgins Funeral Home. The Rev. Ed Johnson and Ralph Riddle officiated with burial in Gatlin Cemetery.
A native of Lincoln County, he was the son of the late Leon and Mary Hopkins Walden and a member of the Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter Tabitha Walden of Shelbyville; three sisters, Rebecca Williams and Leveta Damron, both of Elora, and Teresa Powell of Florida; and material grandparents, Louis and Mable Hopkins Blue of Fayetteville.
