Charles Wesley Barker, retired farmer and carpenter, died at his home on the Fifth street road, Friday morning following a brief illness with pneumonia.

Mr. Barker was born in Orleans county and had lived in Oswego town upwards of twenty years. He was a member of the Baptist church at Albion and of Oswego Falls grange at Fulton.

Surviving are his widow, Margaret Barker and one son, Charles Barker, Oswego town.
