Mr. Aaron E. "Blue" Mashburn, 81, a native of Chicora and resident of Collins died Tuesday, November 08, 2011 at Covington County Hospital in Collins, MS. He was retired from the U. S. Navy and was a member of the Chicora First Baptist Church. Mr. Mashburn is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret L. Mashburn. He is survived by three sons, Ronald Mashburn (Diane), William C. Mashburn (Marianne), Jeffery S. Mashburn, all of Chicora, MS; sister, Katherine Benton, Chicora, MS; 27 Grandchildren. Visitation for Mr. Mashburn will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Friday, November 11, 2011 in the Chicora First Baptist Church, Chicora, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, November 11, 2011 from the Chicora First Baptist Church in Chicora, MS with Rev. David Roberson officiating. Interment will be in Chicora-Davis Cemetery, Chicora, MS.
