Lawrence Parker Sullivan of Franklin, 67, died on Tuesday, May 29, at Goodlark Hospital in Dickson after a sudden illness. A retired worker from Mid-State Steele in Nashville, he was a native of the county. He was a member of the Methodist Church. He was the son of the late Jeff D. and Hester Parker Sullivan.
Franklin Memorial Chapel held the services on Thursday, May 31, with Gilbert Fox officiating. Burial was in Anglin Cemetery. Grandsons served as active pallbearers.
Survivors are: wife, Mrs. Bertha Jane Sullivan; daughter, Mrs. Hester Hollars, both of Franklin; six step-daughters; three step-sons; 36 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; brother, Leon Sullivan, Falls Church, Va
