April 1852 -- Appointed J.W. Cearley, Moderator. Put off the ordination of Brother T.R. Parker until our conference meeting in June next. Ordered by the church that Sisters Priscilla Williams and Martha Hood be appointed as a committee to visit Sister Brown and reason with her for not being Baptized and report at our next Conference meeting. It was also ordered by the church that Brother Davis and brother Kirby act as Committee in the case of Brother for having a dance at this house and report at our next Conference meeting.
12 June 1852 -- The matter of references was to ordain Brother T.R. Parker as deacon at this time. It was agreed that we should go into the Matter of Reference. It was further agreed that Brother D.W. Perkins and John W. Cearley ?? the receiver. Presbytery in the case of Brother Parker and he was set apart for that.
