"James Clark, 67-years of age, went to the house of his daughter in Kingfisher county, and having had a cold ride, told her he wanted something to warm him up. He stepped to a dresser, upon which were two bottles, one containing liquor and the other carbolic acid. By mistake he selected the acid bottle and drank the contents.
