Roy E. Frisby, 66 a highway engineer with Bertram D. Tallamy and Assoc consulting firm in Washington, died Saturday at Rogers Memorial Hospital after a
heart attack. He lived at 405 Constitution Ave NE.
A native of Casper Wyo, and a graduate of Colorado State University at Ft. Collins, Mr. Frisby had worked for the Pan American Petroleum Co and the David
Taylor Model Basin. He had worked on plans for the Capital Beltway. He was on the board of deacons of the National Presbyterian Church and belonged to the Washington Society of Professional Engineers, the Capital Yacht Club and
the Masonic order. Survivers include his wife, Clare, three sisters, Louise Marlowe of Aberdeen SD,
Mable Jaquot of Casper and Doris Powell of Omaha Neb and two brothers Robert of Cody, Wyo and Wayne of Arroyo Grande, Calif.

Aruba" about the largest oil refinery in the world in Aruba, Dutch West Indies.
