Born to Mary "Polly" Fannie C Dillard, age 14, and William Martin "Billy" Harris, age 17. The Harris family donated a lot of land to the Bryson City, NC Hospital .

Fannie and Thomas J. Love had a daughter, known as Mary Texann "Texie" Harris Love, who married a Queen.
