Fern was born 11 Jan 1900 in Greene, buttler, Iowa and died 11 May 1958 in the Tulare, California Hospital of a Ruptured Gastric Ulcer. She was the fourth child of Luther Lucas Joslin and Elizabeth Alphraetta "Lizzie" Pauley. She married Benjamin Franklin Dally 1917 and had three sons. Clarence Howard Dally Smith, Mervin Dally and Billy Dally. She married Robert Joseph Allaway 21 Nov 1921 and had one son Robert Joseph Allaway Jr. After he died she married Alanzo Richard Crase and had three sons Lislie Morris, Henry John and Alanzo Richard Jr and two daughters Betty Jane and Martha Lois. She and Alanzo spent most of thier married life in Freeport, Ill.
