OBIT - Mrs. Pete Haffner died at her home near Emden, Wednesday morning at 8 o'clock, after a few week's illness. Mrs. Haffner was an excellent lady and a good neighbor and friend.
Funeral services were held at Andrew Chapel Thrusday at 1:20 o'clock, conducted by Rev. R. B. Havener of Shelbina, and her remains were laid to rest in the cemetery at that place.
She leaves to mourn her death a husband and three daughters, Mrs. Ed Zieger, of near Monroe City, Mrs. W. H. Wagner, of near Warren, and Mrs. Geo. Beckley, of near Bethel and many other relatives and friends.
