Olive Frances Hays was born in Bethany OK on October 30, 1924, and went home to her Lord and Savior on November 2, 2011. She attended Choctaw High School and Grand Canyon College. Olive served her Lord as pastor's secretary at Sooner Baptist Church and then as receptionist and secretary for the Religious Education office of the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma.
She is survived by her children Janet L. Britton of Forney TX, Robert L. Hays of Louisville KY, and Mary E. Bauer of Midwest City OK; brothers William Ervin of Midwest City and Elmer Ervin of Del City OK; 9 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elza and Gladus Ervin; Robert, her loving husband of over 68 years; brother Leroy Ervin; and sister Viola Hughes.
