Florence Elizabeth Siebert, 79, of the 3900 block of Llewellyn Ave., a retired teacher and principal, died Nov. 26, 1990, in a hospital.
Miss Siebert, a Norfolk native, had been a teacher and principal at Coleman Place Elementary School. She retired from the Norfolk public schools in 1973. She was a member of Park Place Baptist Church and the Virginia Retired Teachers Association. Miss Siebert was a graduate of the University of Richmond, West Hampton. She received her master's degree from the University of Virginia. She was a former volunteer with the American Red Cross.
The graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Paul B. Watlington Jr. Friends may visit from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk.
