1910 Census: Married to one, Effie M. Hyden (1886- ); living in Alabarn, Madison Co. AR. To this union was credited a daughter, Robena, born circa 1915 (1920 census).

Burial: Loma Vista Cemetery.

Funeral services for Jesse A. Hyden Sr., 81, of 7642 5th St. Buena Park were held at McAulay and Suters Mortuary Chapel at 11 a.m. Saturday. He died at Garden Park General
Hospital at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The Rev. Ernest A. Wright Jr., First Baptist Church of Buena Park, officiated at the services. Burial will be at Loma Vista Memorial Park.

Surviving the Arkansas-born resident who had lived here for 15 years, are his wife, Annie Hyden, Buena Park; two sons, Jesse Jr. and Richard B., both of Buena Park; a daughter,
Mrs. Glenn Whiteley, Rivera; and a sister, Mrs. Ira Duvall, Arkansas.
