MAGEE - Mrs. Effie Bryant, 96, died Saturday at Hillcrest Health Center in Magee.
Services are 2:30 p.m. today at Mims-Mitchell Funeral Home chapel with burial in Pine Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Bryant was a former resident of Mount Olive and a retired store owner and operator.
She is survived by her son, Wilson Bryant of Magee; daughters, Mrs. Lillie Chapman of Jackson, Mrs. Roma Kesseler of Sacramento, Calif., and Mrs. Ruby Shoemaker of Shreveport, La.; brothers, Bilbo Sellers and Tommy Sellers, both of Hattiesburg, and Barney Sellers of Collins; sister, Mrs. Mary Jane McKinsey of Mize; and nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
