------------
According to a cemetery transcription done in the early 1960's, there was a Civil War emblem in place somewhere in Fell Cemetery for Thomas R Morgan. Believed to have been born in 1835 and died in 1872, but no other family information known.
Served in Co. M of 4th IA. Cav. during the Civil War.
His exact burial spot is not indicated in present day cemetery plat layouts; it is possible, if not probable, that the veteran emblem found for him in the early 1960's got displaced for one reason or another. Not sure if it is to be found on the cemetery grounds anymore.
