My great-grandfather 'Ratliff', I have discovered that his Middle name is actually 'Beau' and NOT 'Boone' as thought for many years UNTIL the actual Marriage License showed up, for my grandfather Edgar 'Ed' Leaman Toothman and his 1st and only wife, Zulma Andersen (NOT Anderson), though it was spelled Anderson on the Marriage Lic. And as for the newspaper OBIT, it may be something sounded like Boone, instead of actually saying the word 'Beau'......., and the past, that Obit was the only evidence I had at the time and now, the Marriage License finally showed up and I'm grateful.
