Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 14, 2006 at Dawson & Wikoff Colonial Chapel North with visitation one hour prior to services.

Wilbur was born in Decatur, IL on January 8, 1937, the son of Wilbur Murl King,Sr. and Marie Evelyn Wheeler . He was a member of Gospel Chapel. He retired from Wagner Casting. He married Vickie A. McPike on November 28, 1959 and enjoyed forty-seven years together.
Surviving are; wife Vickie of Decatur, IL; his favorite niece, Kimberly Ann Reitz and husband Jay; grandson, Michael James Reitz; cousin, Glen Bolsen; brother-in-law, Everett McPike and wife Ruby; sister-in-law, Sharon Stroud; aunt, Doris Wetheral; cousins, Emery & Donna Counterman, Shirley Grassick; several other nieces & nephews survive.
