Funeral services for Mrs. Adam Whitechurch, 73, Platteville, who died at the home of Alvin Rouse, Friday night, were held Monday morning in the Thomas Funeral Home, and at St. Mary's church. The Rev. F. X. Gray officiated. Burial was in Calvary cemetery.

Mrs. Whitechurch was born in Shullsburg township, LaFayette county. She lived for a time in Benton, and in Madison, but for the last 20 years has made her home in Platteville.

Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Bledsoe, Rock Island, Ill.; two sons, George, Shullsburg, and Louis, Waukesha; four sisters, Mrs. Silas Bailey and Mrs. Pat O'Rourke, both of Platteville; Mrs. John D. Braley, Madison and Mrs. John Coulthard, Darlington; one brother, John Belonger, Darlington; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Michael and his wife, Mary, raised one son, John, and nine daughters: Julia, Regina, Mary, Ida, Frances, Ellen, Elizabeth, Bridget, and Clara.
