ANN INNES GRAY SUCCUMBS
AT 63 AFTER ILLNESS
Ann Innes Gray, 63, wife of Wilford S. Gray, died at home, 56 E. 200 S. Friday evening at 10:35 p.m. following a long illness.
She was born Sept. 16, 1892, at Paris, Ida., the daughter of James B. and Ada Nutt Innes. She received her education in the Idaho schools and moved to Provo in 1924 where she had since lived.
She married Wilford S. Gray July 2, 1926, at Nephi. In June 1932, this marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was an active member of the LDS Church having served as a Relief Society teacher in the Provo First Ward. She was a member of the Art Section of the Women's Council.
She is survived by her husband and a daughter, Gail, Provo; a brother, Stanley S. Innes, Provo, and a sister, Elaine Mehl, San Bruno, Calif.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Valley Mortuary chapel with Bishop Dean E. Terry of Provo First Ward in charge. Friends may call at the mortuary Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday prior to services. Burial will be in the Provo City Cemetery.
