The son of Josephine Allen and T.E. Owen. He was a Corporal in one of the Armed Forces which I haven't yet identified. After that he worked on oil rigs; family legend has it he died in New Mexico or Alaska? when a beam fell from one such rig. His body was shipped back to Texas, and he is buried in the Hugo Cemetery. Grave position is known. Need further research.
