Following retirement from Greyhound, he and his wife, Mary of 51 years, spent many winters in Palm Springs, and summers in his favorite place on earth, Takysie Lake, BC, where he will spend eternity.
Jerry is also survived by son Ted (Tami) House of Lynden. Daughter Tami Stacey of Everson, and brother Don (MaryLee) House, of Bellingham.
He was also very proud of the accomplishments of his young grandchildren, Jared, Megan, Emily, Kenndy and Nikolas.
A remembrance will be planned in October to celebrate Jerry's life. Memorial contributions may be made to the wonderful people of the Whatcom Hospice House, 2800 Douglas AV, Bellingham, WA 98225.
