Dr. M.O. Biggs, physician at the hospital, ruled death as Nephritis, Chronic contributed to by Epileptic Psychosis.
He was born in 1849, in unknown area, the son of Daniel and Nancy Allen. William was a farmer and was single.
Arrangements were under the direction of Herndon-Taylor Firniture Company and Undertaking Services of Fulton and burial was in Antioch Cemetary.
