He with his parents, Peter and Margaret Graff, and family, moved to Wyoming and then Montana to make their home. On Dec. 18, 1937 he married Erma Prescott in Missoula, Mont.
They moved to Sunnyside where he was employed as a mechanic at C. Speck Motors, and later at Hilligoss Motors for 14 years.
After retiring he continued to make his home in Sunnyside, and for the past five years was employed at the Swofford, Clevenger and Elerding Orchards.
Graff was an early member of the Lutheran Church.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Eileen Moore, a grandson Kirk Graff, one sister and five brothers.
He also has two sons.
