Ruth Juanell Huddleston Craig, 79, of Paducah passed away at 4:58 p.m. Wednesday at Lourdes hospital.
Mrs. Craig was a retired preschool teacher at First Christian Church in Paducah, and former co-owner of Roth Funeral Chapel. She was an active member of Christian Women's Fellowship, and a lifelong member of First Christian churches.
She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, James A. Craig of Paducah; two sons, Allen R. Craig of Tullahoma, Tenn., and Ernest Eugene Craig of Paducah; one daughter, Beverly J. Craig of Paducah; four grandchildren, John Craig of Henning, Tenn., James Berry of Paducah, Madison Berry of Paducah, and Chandler James Craig of Calvert City; and one great-granddaughter, Savannah Ruth Craig of Tullahoma, Tenn. She is also survived by two brothers, James and Richard Huddleston, both of Muncie, Ind.; and one sister, Lyllis Russell of Melbourne, Fla.; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at First Christian Church with the Rev. Jae Gottman and the Rev. Mariann Lankton officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Kenton Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Roth Funeral Chapel, and from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral hour Monday at First Christian Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
