Ida was daughter of Isham Lee and Mary Jane Needham Baker. She was a twin to Ada Baker, she died as an infant a few weeks after she was born. It is told that Isham had Ada in the bed with him and she smoothed. He sent Ida to her Uncle Jesse Needham. She later lived with Abraham Baker her half brother.
Mary Jane died December 7, 1873 in Cooke Co., Texas.
