Florence, Oct. 19— Mrs. Ethel B. Dolan Spellicy, 40, wife of James B. Spellicy, died Wednesday in a Utica Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born in Highmarket Jan. 26, 1904, a daughter of Mrs. Mary TuffeyDolan and the late James Dolan. . Her marriage to Mr. Spellicy took place in Constablerville on May 20, 1939..
