Martha E Emch, 74, formerly of S. 109 Street , Point Place, died Wednesday , Jan 16, in the Lutheran Orphans and Old Folks Home where she had been a resident the last two years. She was born on January 23, 1917 in Ft Recovery, Ohio to Mr. and Mrs. William N (Flora I Kieffer) Emch. She was a counselor in the Mason Consolidated School system in Erie, MI for more than 30 years, retiring in 1977 and was once honored as "Counselor of the Year" in the state of Michigan.
