Mrs. Fred Judkins passed away at the Northwestern hospital on Friday evening at 6:45 from pneumonia following influenza. The funeral was held on Sunday and the interment was in Oak Knoll cemetery.
Mrs. Judkins, whose maiden name was Will Brown, was born in Princeton and was married on November 29, 1917, to Fred Judkins. At the time of her death, she was 21 years of age. She is survived by her husband, an infant daughter, mother, Mrs. Belle Whitney, three brothers, and two sisters. The deceased was a kind Christian woman and was beloved and respected by all who knew her. Her taking away in her young womanhood was said indeed and the sympathy of the community goes forth to the sorrowing relatives.
