James A. Bandy, Sr., 65, one of 13 children born to Oakley Bandy and Orpha Bertha Luella Derr, died at Enloe Hospital. He was a graduate of Iowa State University and had been a Registered Physical Therapist in Chico since 1954 (CAPT 140). He was a veteran of World War II.
James is survived by a daughter, Georgia K. McCully; three sons, James A., Jr., Brad Lee, and G. Thomas; four sisters, Nina R. and Neva Shoars, Norma Angell, and Nita Herrig; and 5 grand children. He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgia Bradley Bandy.
Interment was at the Chico Cemetery under the direction of Chico Funeral Home.
