Teressa Sue Greathouse, age 49, of Murfreesboro, went to be with the Lord on October 13, 2011. She was born on July 17, 1962 in Murfreesboro, the daughter of the late M.D. Cox and Bonnie Cox.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her dog, Elvis.

Survivors include: her daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Josh Ward of Murfreesboro; one son, Mitchell Greathouse of Hot Springs; one stepdaughter, Beth Foster and husband, Clint of Hot Springs; five grandchildren, Tyler and Alex Sullivan of Murfreesboro, Alley Ward, Maddox Greathouse and Kara Greathouse, all of Hot Springs; three brothers, Melvin Cox, Allen and Dawn Garner, and JR and Cindy Collins all of Malvern; two sisters, Pam and Emmitt McCasklin of Mt. Ida and April and Luke Wells of Malvern; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Graveside services for Teressa will be on October 29, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. in Murfreesboro Cemetery with Brother Jerry Hill officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Murfreesboro.

Her ashes buried at the foot of Howie Scoggin's grave. Has no marker.
