Belinda was a native of Quincy, Fl, living most of her life in Tallahassee. She graduated from Leon High School and was a very active church member at Southwood Baptist Church. She loved helping people, working as a children's advocate with the Guardian Ad Litem at the Department of Children and Families, working for three Governors, Bob Graham, Lawton Chiles, and Jeb Bush, a foster parent, and a volunteer for Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband, John Wheeler; and two sons, Michael Wheeler (Vicki) and Tom Wheeler (Amy) both of Tallahassee; two daughters, Amy Elizabeth Wheeler of Atlanta, and Brittany St. John (Matt) of Lake City; her parents, Ernest and Maxine Adams Doster; two brothers, Russell Doster (Diane) of Havana, and Leslie Doster of Arlington, VA; and six grandchildren, Abigail, Avery, Zachary, Alyvia Wheeler, Anya St. John, and Sophia Rose.
