Mrs. Belle Webster passed away yesterday at 5 p. m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. H. R. Armstrong, 633 E. Walnut st. She was born in New Brunswick in 1845 and had lived in Green Bay for the past 25 years. She is survived by just the one daughter, Mrs. Armstrong. Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. from the residence, with the Rev. Torrence Phelps officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn cemetery.
