Yvonne V. Scott, 87, of 1510 Grant St., Eldorado, died 6:45 p.m. Friday, Oct. 8, 2004, at Harrisburg.
Services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2004, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. William Waters officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Effingham. Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 11, 2004, at the funeral home.
She was born April 23, 1917, in Bible Grove to the late Henry and Elsie (Gephart) Brink. On Aug. 10, 1936, she married Arland Scott, who preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, Terry Lee (Phyllis) Scott of Michigan; a brother, Lorente B. Brink of Effingham; and four grandchildren, Tonya Scott of Chicago, Nicholas (Jessica) Scott of Texas and Dustin and Brandon Scott, both of Michigan.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Lloyd J. Brink and Claris Y. Brink; and four sisters, Burnette Zimbro, Edris I. Ealy, Virginia E. Nelson and Laverne A. Miller.
