Funeral services for Mrs. Patricia Ann "Pat" Ward Goff, age 60, will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday, June 2, 2010, in the chapel of Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Goff died May 30, 2010, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

She was born January 16, 1950 in Jackson, TN, daughter of the late Wayne Ward and Mrs. Hazel Ward who survives. Mrs. Goff began her professional career with Mid-South Color Labs and many of her friends may remember her from her years at Lambuth Memorial Daycare or in more recent years as that pleasant lady that greeted you and helped her customers at Westside Cleaners. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

She leaves her husband, James Goff, Jr. of Jackson; two sons, Michael Goff and wife, Cherrell and Chad Goff and wife, Laura, all of Jackson; four grandchildren, Braeden Goff, Jayce Goff, Triston Hall and Alexa Goff; her mother, Mrs. Hazel Ward of Jackson; two sisters, Barbara DeLoach and husband, Buster of Milan, TN and Mona Smith of O'Fallon, MO; aunt, Lucy Dyer of Jackson, TN.

Visitation with the family will be from 5 PM until 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.

Patsy was a member of the South Side High School Class of 1968 in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee. Patsy was voted "Most Humorous" by her classmates and was a member of the South Side Hawkettes basketball team. She was loved by everyone for her kindness to others, her sweet smile, and her fun sense of humor. She loved her family and enjoyed showing their pictures to friends. The South Side Sisters of 1968 will greatly miss her.
