Graveside funeral services will be held in the West Side District Cemetery for longtime Westside resident, Wilma Jo Bingham, 74.

Mrs. Bingham was born in Oklahoma on January 15, 1934 and passed away in Bakersfield on March 19, 2008. She lived most of her married life in the Taft area and attended the First Assembly of God Church. She was a member of the N.R.A. and was an avid hunter and fisher woman. She was also a very motherly woman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Stella Horn; her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Debbie Sue Bingham; and brothers, Charlie and Lee Horn. Mrs. Bingham is survived by her husband, her daughter and her husband, her son and his wife, her sister and her husband, her 12 grandchildren; many great grandchildren, and close friends, Elwood and Phyllis, Ronnie and Susan, and Sonja. Also surviving her are several; nieces and nephews and many other close friends and neighbors.

Visitation will be held at the Erickson & Brown Funeral Home for those who would like to pay their respects.
