Obituary of Jabin Atkinson:
BROUGHT HERE FOR BURIAL.
The body of Jabin Atkinson, for many years a resident of Quaker Valley, was broght by auto to Columbus Tuesday for burial. He died at his home in Joplin Monday.
Deceased was the father of Tom Atkinson of Joplin, a brother-in-law of James Throop of Columbus. He had lived in Joplin for several years and and was more than 80 years of age at the time of his death.
He was a member of the Quaker church. Funeral services were held in Joplin and burial was in the Park Cemetery.
