Eunice was 87 year of age. She was the owner of Roach's Grocery, Red Fred's, Tender Loving Care Assisted Living Home and several other businesses, a member of Women in Construction in Tampa, was superintendent of many construction projects, and a member of Westside Baptist Church for 60 years. She is survived by her son, Freddie Roach; brothers, Owen and Cecil Palmer; grandchildren, Lisa Ercoli, Chris Roach, Kala Gillman; great-grandchildren, Haley and Carson Ercoli, Cameron Roach, and Brady Gillman. Funeral Services were held at 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, October 25, 2011, at Plant City's First Baptist Church.
