Survivors include: his wife, the former Miss Mary Freeman; four daughters: Mrs. Mary McCarty, Los Angeles, CA, Mrs. Marjorie Moran, Columbus, OH, Ruth and Mildred Prince, Troy, two sons: John Prince, Dunellen, NJ, and Pvt. Harold S. Prince, U.S.A.; two sisters, Mrs. Lucy Willis, Schenectady, Mrs. Leo Mosseau and one brother, Samuel Prince, Troy.
He was predeceased by his parents, John ? and Hannah Prince, (who died in 1914); his siblings: Mrs. Esau Parsons, Walter Prince, and Mrs. Elizabeth Vaughn.
The funeral was conducted privately from the Clark and Blake Memorial Chapel, 818 River Street, Rev. Ernest F Tripp, pastor of St. Mark's Methodist Church, officiated.
