Dr. Joseph T. Webb, formerly of this city, but for the past two years a resident of Minneapolis, Minnesota, died at the later place yesterday morning, of apoplexy (stroke). Deceased was for some time Superintendent of Longview Asylum. He was a brother of Mrs. President Hayes and a brother-in-law of Hon. Stanley Matthews. His remains will be brought to this city for burial.
