Lillie Estelle Mills was the mother of three sons, and two daughters. She was raised in the south, but moved to California, when she married Jack G. Salmon, and lived in Inglewood, California. Lillie worked in hospitals most of her life, and lived an uncomplicated life. She developed an aneurism in her aorta when she was 81 years old, and went into surgery to have it removed. She was never the same after that surgery and got an escalated case of dementia and azheimers. She died on the eve of Thanksgiving in her daughter's home.
