He was born in Brownfield to Ulysses Grant Bullard and Mary Luellon Statham on Dec. 14, 1949.
He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and was a member of American Legion Post #157 and has served on the building committee, executive committee and was a vice commander nomonee. He was also a C.E.R.T.S. member and P.O.D.
He is preceded in death by his daughter Kimberly J. Bullard.
He is survived by his mother Mary Luellon Wilson of Bandera; uncle Leroy Statham of Lubbock; son Charles Benford Bullard of Bandera; sisters Mary Frances Albright of Cottonwood, Janice Arlene Crabtree of Thackerville, Okla.; brother Roy Don Bullard of Bandera; and numerous nieces and nephews.
