Lidia Ruth Harbuck, the only daughter born to John Preston & Lillian Louisa Harden Harbuck on 18 June 1939. She was an active member of Ridgetop Baptist Church as a choir member and Sunday School teacher. She worked at the Texas Workforce Commission as a data entry clerk. Ruth was survived by her husband, Wilber Cawthon, two sons, Steve Simmons and wife, Wendy, and Mike Simmons & wife Shawna, four brothers, Gene & wife, Lucy, Billy Ray & wife, Charlotte, Clayton & wife, Kati, & John, and seven grandchildren.
