Vincent Hotaling, 87, of Amenia, died Friday, December 15, 2000 at the Sharon Health Care Facility in Sharon, Conn. He was born in Stanfordville on April 23, 1913. Mr. Hotaling was a dairy farmer and worked for Joe B. McEnroe Farm in Amenia. Survivors include his wife, Florence Mae (Farley) Hotaling of Amenia; two sons, Calvin V. Hotaling of Amenia and Sherwood F. Hotaling of Copperas Cove, TX; four grandchildren and three great-granchilren; and two sisters. There will be no calling hours. A spring interment will be in the Stanford Cemetery
